Royalty and Ad Fee
Royalties are structured to reward success. Franchisees pay a lower percentage royalty as sales increase. All royalties paid monthly sale agreement sale royalties are based on a sliding percentage of revenue. Sales of “own item” sales are fixed. We believe royalties are modest among U.S. franchise systems. They are collected monthly via an automatic electronic funds transfer.
Each month royalty for sale agreement sales is paid as a percentage of a sales fee revenue. For “owned Item” sales, a flat rate royalty of 1% of winning bid or sales is paid. Charts below explain the sliding royalty rates.
